Hi, I'm Maria.

Head of the Volkswagen Group Services Contact Center.

Our team supports customers of the Volkswagen Group brands across different projects and markets. We are based in Portugal and all of us work remotely.

About the Contact Center

The Volkswagen Group Services Contact Center was set up in Portugal in March 2021. From here, it supports customers and partners of the Volkswagen Group in several European markets, including Germany, Spain, France and Italy.

At first, the work focused mainly on the German market, and the operation later expanded to other countries. Today, the open roles, in the Roadside Assistance project, require native or C1-level German.

Remote work across Portugal

The Contact Center team works 100% remotely, from all over Portugal.

More balance. More freedom.

Remote work lets us bring our working life closer to what matters in our personal life, while still being part of a team that works for an international group.

“Working remotely allowed me to move back to Campo Maior and enjoy a better quality of life.”

People helping people

Working at the Contact Center means being on the other end of the line when a customer needs help.

That's why we look for people with empathy, listening and communication skills, and a proactive attitude: people who can stay calm, understand the situation and find the best answer.
