Ariana Martins has been part of the Digital Marketing and Communication team at Volkswagen Group Services since 2019. She works on managing the company's digital channels, on digital advertising and on producing content for internal and external communication. She has more than ten years' experience in communication, including in radio. She holds a degree in Communication and Journalism and a postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing.

Andreia Santos

Communication, Employer Branding and Events

Andreia Santos joined the Communication and Marketing team at Volkswagen Group Services in 2016. She works on internal communication, content production and the organisation of campaigns and events, with content for Portugal, Spain and Germany. She began her career in journalism and has more than ten years' experience in corporate communication. She graduated in Communication Sciences from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Andreia Rocha

Head of Communications

Andreia Rocha has been Head of Communications at Volkswagen Group Services since 2022, responsible for the company's brand and communications in Portugal and Spain. Her work covers corporate communication, events, employee communication and social media. She has worked in communication, marketing and media relations since 2007 and has held management roles since 2012. She completed executive education at ISCTE.

Catarina Duarte

Digital Marketing and External Communication

Catarina Duarte is a Digital Marketing and External Communication Officer at Volkswagen Group Services, where she started as a communication intern in 2024. She works with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams in Portugal and Spain on internal communication, employer branding and employee onboarding initiatives. She has been producing social media content since 2022 and studied at Universidade Lusófona.
