Junior Contact Center Agent (Roadside Assistance - German Speaker)
About the role
Junior level in Roadside Assistance: breakdown support in German by phone, fully remote from Portugal. No previous experience required.
In the Roadside Assistance team, the role provides German-speaking customers with roadside assistance by phone, in a safe, professional and timely manner. It covers complaint handling, reporting product malfunctions and following up on each case until it is resolved.
An entry point into Volkswagen Group customer support, with no previous experience required, training aligned with each career path and the opportunity for rapid growth within the company.

What we are looking for
- Native German or C1 minimum (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Availability for shift work (required)
- Secondary education, 12th grade or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous customer support experience (preferred)
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Strong communication and problem solving
- Familiarity with the automotive sector (considered an advantage)
- Experience with help desk and remote support tools (considered an advantage)
