Middle Contact Center Agent (Roadside Assistance - German Speaker)
About the role
Middle level in Roadside Assistance: breakdown support in German by phone, fully remote from Portugal. A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
In Roadside Assistance, this role supports German-speaking customers who need roadside assistance by phone, safely, professionally and with a prompt response. Responsibilities include handling complaints, reporting product malfunctions and following through on every case until it is resolved.
A role for professionals with customer support experience (a minimum of 2 years is preferred), with training aligned with their career path and the opportunity for rapid growth within the company.

What we are looking for
- Native German or C1 minimum (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Availability for shift work (required)
- Secondary education, 12th grade or equivalent (preferred)
- 2 or more years of customer support experience (preferred, not required)
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Strong communication and problem solving
- Familiarity with the automotive sector (considered an advantage)
- Experience with help desk and remote support tools (considered an advantage)
