Senior Contact Center Agent (Roadside Assistance - German Speaker)
About the role
Senior level in Roadside Assistance: breakdown support in German by phone, fully remote from Portugal. A minimum of 4 years of experience preferred.
As part of the Roadside Assistance team, the role delivers roadside assistance by phone to German-speaking customers in a professional, safe and timely way. It involves resolving complaints, analysing and reporting product malfunctions and seeing each case through to closure.
A role for experienced customer support professionals (a minimum of 4 years is preferred), with training aligned with their career path and the opportunity for rapid growth within the company.

What we are looking for
- Native German or C1 minimum (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Availability for shift work (required)
- Secondary education, 12th grade or equivalent (preferred)
- 4 or more years of customer support experience (preferred, not required)
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Strong communication and problem solving
- Familiarity with the automotive sector (considered an advantage)
- Experience with help desk and remote support tools (considered an advantage)
