Tip

Tailor your CV to each role

Use the keywords from the posting (languages, tools and, for the Roadside Assistance roles, shifts). One well-structured page beats three generic ones.

A generic CV risks getting lost among many applications. Recruiters generally look for signs that you have already done what the posting asks for: customer support, languages, communication tools and, for the Roadside Assistance roles, shift work.

Rewrite the top of your CV for each role. A three-line summary with your German level, your years in customer support and, for a Roadside Assistance role, your availability for shifts is worth more than a long list of old duties.

Checklist

  • Mirror the posting's keywords: German, contact center, CRM and, depending on the role, roadside assistance and shifts.
  • Quantify: calls per day, languages used, customer satisfaction.
  • One page for Junior and Middle profiles; two at most for Senior.
  • Export as PDF named First_Last_CV.pdf.
